  • Orders & Delivery

    • Every order is crafted by hand only once you place it — never made ahead, never kept in stock. Because our chocolate is pure couverture with no preservatives, this made-to-order approach, together with a natural crystallization and setting window, lets each piece reach you at its freshest. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST are prepared for next-day delivery across Sydney & NSW; orders placed after 2:00 PM are ready the following day.

    • We partner with Sherpa Courier Service for premium same-day delivery within Sydney. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +61 411 691 149 for urgent requests.

    • Yes. Select "Pick-up" at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with your pick-up QR code and our studio location details.

    • Not at this time. We currently deliver within Sydney & NSW only. Please check back as we expand our delivery regions.

  • Products

    • We use only premium Belgian couverture chocolate — the gold standard for professional confectionery — ensuring the finest flavour and texture in every piece.

    • Every single piece is handcrafted in Sydney by our founder. No mass production. No machines. Pure artisanal care.

    • Our chocolates contain tree nuts, peanuts, and dairy. Some may contain traces of other allergens. Please contact us at hello@alkare.com.au for detailed allergen information specific to your order.

    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally between 16–18°C. Avoid refrigeration as it can affect the chocolate's temper and appearance.

  • Gifting

    • Yes. During checkout, you may add a handwritten premium gift card for an additional AUD 5.00. Your message (up to 250 characters) will be carefully handwritten on our signature Alkaré card.

    • Every Alkaré order already arrives beautifully presented in our signature orange box — no extra wrapping needed. It arrives as a gift, by design.

  • Payments & Pricing

    • All prices are listed and charged in AUD (Australian Dollars).

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal.

    • Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure. Alkaré never stores your card details.
