What We Collect
We collect the information you provide when placing an order or contacting us — including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order history. We do not collect or store payment card details.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to fulfil your orders, communicate updates about your purchase, respond to enquiries, and — where you have opted in — share occasional updates from Alkaré. We do not sell or rent your data.
Data Storage
Customer and order data is stored securely with Supabase, our managed database and authentication provider. Access is restricted via row-level security and is limited to authorised Alkaré personnel.
Third-Party Service Providers
To operate our website and fulfil your orders, we work with trusted third-party service providers in the following categories:
- Payment processors — to securely handle credit and debit card transactions. Your payment details are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Transactional email providers — to deliver order confirmations and fulfilment notifications to your email address.
- Courier and delivery services — to coordinate the physical delivery of your order where applicable.
Each of these providers processes only the information necessary to perform their specific service and is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and lightweight analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not function as intended.
Your Rights
